The details behind
a simpler workflow.
SyncRobin brings standardized accounting data into a simple source-to-destination workflow. Connect external accounts, choose customers, invoices or transactions, and decide how each sync should run. The demo illustrates the intended workflow; it does not connect to external accounts.
The mode applies to the whole sync. In manual mode, you select New records to sync or exclude, and can restore excluded records later. In automatic mode, optional inclusion and exclusion rules are configured for each object in sync settings.
No. Table filters only change what you see. Automatic sync rules live separately in sync settings and decide which records are included or excluded.
That is the intended model. For example, a Stripe account can be reused as the source for separate London and Bangkok syncs, each with its own destination company and rules.
Stripe, QuickBooks and Xero are examples of the workflows SyncRobin is being built for. Check the app for current availability. This website and its sample data do not verify live connector support or completed transfers.
